R&R Horn, Inc. is a fully licensed and insured general contractor. We specialize in site-work including earthwork, aggregate base, paving, and underground utilities. Our professional staff works hard to ensure that projects are completed in a timely manner, within budget, and to only the highest degree of quality. Our current and past contracts have included work in both the public and private sectors. Our public projects have focused primarily on new schools, but we also work on major roadway construction, public utility installation, levee construction, and stream bed repair/ alterations. The majority of our private sector projects consist of return clients as we know the importance of a satisfied customer. These projects include landfill construction, site development for hospitals, shopping centers, and other commercial sites.

R&R Horn has grown at a tremendous rate while maintaining strong financial statements and avoiding debt. From its small beginnings the company’s trained personnel and equipment fleet capacities have expanded to the point where today the company has over 40 employees and a heavy equipment fleet consisting of over 50 units. Our fleet is maintained by our mobile servicemen and mechanics, allowing us to minimize down time and avoid project delays.

Not only have our resources grown in numbers, but we have been advancing our capabilities by integrating new technologies that allow us to improve quality and expedite schedules. R&R Horn has the ability to minimize dependence on surveyors by using GPS systems that link to a three dimensional computerized model. This allows our field employees to find accurate elevations within three hundredths of a foot quickly and efficiently. The automatics on our grading machines are linked to this system to create a superior quality for our clients.
